- Sharp is education, not financial, legal or tax advice.
- Paid plans are one-time payments for your personal use. Don't share or resell them.
- Not happy? There's a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. Agreeing to these terms
"Sharp", "we" and "us" mean this website and the person who runs it. By using Sharp you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Education, not advice
Lessons, tools and the course teach general ideas. They don't know your full situation and aren't personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Calculators give estimates based on what you type in. Check important numbers, and talk to a qualified professional before big or hard-to-undo decisions. Results depend on you and the market; we can't promise any business outcome.
3. Who can use Sharp
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make an account, and they must make any purchase.
4. Your account
Use an email address you control and keep access to it safe, because sign-in links go there. One account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
5. Free trial
Every new account gets 3 days of Founder access, starting when the account is created. No card is needed and nothing renews or charges automatically. One trial per person.
6. Paid plans
- Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, shown before you pay. Taxes may be added where the law requires. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use that plan's content for as long as Sharp offers it. If Sharp ever closes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can finish or save your work.
- Some parts of a plan may still be in progress when you buy. If something listed in your plan isn't available within 60 days of your purchase, you can ask for a full refund, even after the 30-day window.
- "Early access" means you get new Founder tools when they come out. It isn't a promise of any particular tool or date.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy: 30 days, full refund, no reason needed.
8. What you can and can't do
You can use everything for your own learning and your own business, and print or save notes for yourself. You can't copy, share, resell or publish the paid course or other paid material. You also can't share your account, try to get around payment or security, scrape the site, or use Sharp to harm anyone.
9. Who owns what
The lessons, course, tools and design belong to Sharp. What you type into the tools, and the plans and numbers you make with them, are yours.
10. Our limits
Sharp is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and running, but can't promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
11. Ending
You can stop using Sharp and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing paid content.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and if you have an account we'll email you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [state or country, to be confirmed before launch]. Questions: the contact email listed here before launch.
